Accessibility & ADA Information
The Armory recognizes the diverse needs of our guests and offers various accessibility accommodations throughout the venue in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Accessibility accommodations and event configurations may vary by show. Guests with specific accessibility questions or requests are encouraged to contact the venue in advance whenever possible.
General Admission / Standing Room Events
For most General Admission or Standing Room Only events, guests requiring accessibility accommodations do not need to purchase a separate ADA-specific ticket unless otherwise noted for a particular event.
Accessible viewing areas are available in designated locations throughout the venue, subject to event configuration. Limited seating may be available in accessible areas and is subject to event configuration, capacity, and availability.
Accessible viewing areas are intended to accommodate the guest requiring the accommodation and may include space for companions depending on event configuration and capacity.
When you arrive, please visit the Box Office or speak with a Guest Services team member so we can discuss available accommodation options for your specific needs. Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guest accessibility needs.
Reserved / Seated Events
For reserved or seated events, accessible seating inventory is available through Ticketmaster at the time tickets go on sale.
Please note that some fixed seating locations on the third-floor balcony may involve steps and may not accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Accessible seating options for reserved events are available through Ticketmaster, and guests seeking specific accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact the venue prior to purchasing tickets.
Accessible seating inventory may be limited and subject to availability. Guests seeking specific accessibility features are encouraged to purchase accessible seating in advance whenever possible.
Companion seating may be available near accessible seating locations, subject to availability and event configuration.
If you have questions about venue accessibility or seating options before purchasing tickets, please contact us at info@armorymn.com.
Wheelchair Access
The Armory provides wheelchair-accessible routes to public venue levels, including elevator access from the underground parking garage and accessible drop-off access at the main entrance on South 6th Street.
Guests requiring wheelchairs or other mobility devices must bring their own, as these devices are not available onsite.
ASL Interpretation
Guests requiring ASL interpretation services should contact us at info@armorymn.com no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event date to submit a request.
For General Admission floor events, guests requesting ASL services are encouraged to purchase Floor GA tickets. For fully seated events, guests should inquire about seating options near the ASL interpreter location prior to purchasing tickets, as seating availability may be limited.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests submitted less than three (3) weeks prior to the event, interpreter availability cannot be guaranteed.
