How old do you have to be to attend shows at The Armory?

A.

Each show may have a different age restriction. Please check the event info on the show you are interested in attending before buying. Please note that any age restricted event requires all attendees to provide a valid, government issued photo ID showing their age. We are not able to allow parents or guardians to escort under-age guests at age restricted events.

Do I need ID to enter the venue?

A.

An ID is required for those planning to purchase and/or drink alcohol. In compliance with MN law, anyone 21 and older will need to show a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will not be permitted to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. ID is also required for Will Call pick-up and for Premium Suite check-in verification.  ID is required for any age restricted 18+/21+ events.

Where do I park when attending a show at The Armory?

The Armory now offers parking IN the venue! Enter off 5th Ave S - Walk right upstairs and directly into the show!

How else can I get to the Armory?

A.

- Light Rail - The Armory is located in between the US Bank Stadium and Government Center stops. Please check light rail schedule for start and end times. Ride at your own risk.
- TAXI / UBER / LYFT / DROP OFF - Recommended on Portland Ave. Ride at your own risk.

Where are the door/show times for an event listed?

A.

Door times are posted on our main page.  Show times are posted on the individual event pages.  Just click your event and you’ll see times posted. Show times are provided as a courtesy, but are subject to change.  Please note that if all customers arrive ten minutes before the show starts, it will take longer than ten minutes for them all to enter the building – that’s just physics.  Come early!  We have bars and a great view!

What time does the band go on?

A.

The show time is printed on your tickets. This is the time that the first band or performer goes on.

How early can I line up?

A.

The Armory will not allow overnight queueing, but every location in the venue has a great view, so you don’t need to line up extra early. Queueing lines will be formed 2 hours prior to doors.

Does The Armory have a dress code?

A.

No, The Armory is not a nightclub, and there is no expectation regarding nightlife appropriate attire. We expect that you dress both comfortably and safely to experience live music. For security and identification purposes, you may be asked to remove any face masks, helmets, large sunglasses, or anything that overly obstructs your vision while in the venue. At our discretion, there may be the occasional exception to this policy with some shows,  "Black Tie" events, corporate sponsorships, award shows, sporting events etc. If you are unsure, please check the individual event page on ArmoryMN.com for more information, or send us an email at info@ArmoryMN.com.

What CAN I bring into the venue?

A.

A small purse or bag but we encourage you to bring as little as possible. We prefer you leave your bag at home, but if you must bring your bag, it will be searched and we may ask you to check it in the coat room. Not bringing in a bag will expedite entry for yourself and other patrons. No camelbacks allowed.

Do you have a coat check?

A.

Weather permitting we do. The coat check is located in the main lobby and on a first come first serve basis for a maximum of 1,000 coats per event when in season.

I lost my coat, credit card, passport or something else at last night’s show! Is there any sort of lost & found?

A.

Yes, we have a lost and found located in the box office. If you have lost an item during a show, please email info@armorymn.com.

Can I bring outside food/beverage?

A.

Outside food and drinks will not be allowed inside the venue.

Is there re-entry?

A.

No, there is no re-entry once you have entered the venue for a show.

I have a condition / injury / handicap that requires special consideration. Is The Armory handicap accessible? How do I purchase ADA seating?

Can I bring my child to an 18+/21+ show?

A.

At any age restricted event - all attendees are required to provide a valid, government issued photo ID showing their age. We are not able to allow parents or guardians to escort under-age guests at age restricted events.

What are the audio/video recording policies?

A.

Most artists do not permit professional cameras, video or audio recording. Photo and recording policies are at the performer’s discretion and change show to show. No cameras other than on your cell phones will be permitted unless a press pass is acquired. For press inquires, please contact press@armorymn.com

Concessions and food is available at select shows. A full menu is available for Premium Experience tables and suites.

How about drinks?

We have a selection of beer and wine along with your favorite spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. Must be 21 or older with Valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

All major credit cards, debit or cash. No Checks please.

Does The Armory have seats?

A.

Yes, The Armory has Premium Reserved Seating available on a show by show basis. Availability and options will be shown when you click the “Ticket” link on that individual show.
